GOOD chair project →

In 2016, the Minneapolis Good Chair Project was founded in partnership with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board “on the premise that you can make life better and build community simply by adding some comfortable, movable seating to outdoor spaces.” Now, over 30 ‘good chairs’, custom designed and built from white oak by Willie Willette Works, can be found in parks, communities, and lakeshores throughout Minneapolis.

Charcuterie board class

Step into the workshop for a hands-on woodworking experience designed for teams, groups, and private events. Whether you're planning a team-building outing or a unique group experience, each session offers the opportunity to design, assemble, and finish your own custom charcuterie board.

No experience is necessary. Willie and his team will guide you through every step from wood selection and glue-up to shaping and finishing using professional tools and techniques.

All materials and equipment are provided, including a curated selection of exotic woods. Light refreshments can be included to elevate the experience.

Each event is customized to your group.
